I utilize a digital camera to have your house on-line and posted to the major search engines in a matter of hours. The same way you found this site insures that anyone doing a similar search will be exposed to your home. I respond to email 2-3 times per day. Buyers expect service and they are not disappointed.

I feel that most people moving to this area will have friends who already live here. I strive to produce a quality newsletter that  friends and associates will be willing to forward. The newsletter is informative, beneficial, and displays my listings. The ROE REPORT produced in-house and professionally printed provides an informative look at how houses and condos are selling by town; an online version is updated quarterly. 

My assistant creates a show package that is given to each buyer as he/she/they preview a condo. This package is a marketing tool to insure that the buyer does not forget the many features your condo has to offer. We distribute flyers to area Realtors to enlist their support in finding buyers.
